I can't think of my favorite hand made gift I recieved. But I can think of one I made. I made my husband a blanket about 8 years ago. Super easy, flannel on one side black sheet on the other tied with black yarn. He has loved it so much over the years that there are holes around the edges. I guess it is time to make him a new one.

My mother and Grandmother made a blanket for me when I was a baby. I still have it.

My sister learned how to make baby blankets so she could sew matching pillows and blankets for each of my babies.

An afghan crocheted by my grandmother who is now in heaven! A gift more precious than gold when I think of the love and care she took in creating it for me!

My favorite handmade gift was from my father. He made me a lamp using a favorite vase of mine. I love the lamp because of the vase, but love the lamp more because my father made it for me. 🙂
