So, I told you I was going to run this pleated embellishment into the ground, and I aim to be a lady of my word!
The last installment of ideas that I had on ways to use the tutorial I presented on Ucreate. The first was this lovely pillow. Originally I was going to use this chocolate fabric to make a table topper for my mom, but the fabric wasn’t cooperating and would have been too expensive to create. So, it found new life in this gorgeous pillow. My husband said I shouldn’t try to sell it, he likes it so much he wants to keep it! That’s saying a lot right there!

The second idea I had was for this Christmas table runner. I found this lovely
sage green burlap at Joann’s and thought it would be fun to use for the holidays. My mother-in-law had this great crushed velvet- and a very inexpensive statement for the table. (the burlap is less than $3 a yard and I only used a 1/2 yard cut) Now I just need to come up with a centerpiece that I can easily move out of the way so it doesn’t get ruined by all the little hands around here! 😉
