The fabric for this post was provided by Riley Blake Designs as part of my participation in the Texture Fabric blog tour. The projects and opinions are my own.
The new Texture Fabric by Riley Blake designs is one of their new basics and I am here for it! I love the many shades and fun tones of this fabric, and the movement of the texture makes it a super fun basic to work with. I used some spring tones to create this darling Easter set up and I am absolutely in LOVE! Keep reading for details and links to all of the projects and more close up images of all of this fabric goodness!
Of course I could not stop at just spring tones. I needed a whole rainbow of this yummy fabric! The rainbow pincushion you see is a free tutorial on my blog.
The Bunny Hop pillow and Fabric carrots are also free tutorials you can find right here on my blog. I love how they pair together! I made the medium (9″X3″) carrots to create the group in front and the mini carrots strung into a garland have to be one of my top favorite spring projects ever.
This Mini Spring Banner is going to be a pattern very soon! It will be available in my Etsy shop as soon as it is ready! I’m hoping by 3/12/2020! I love the combination of wool felt applique and embroidery- it’s such a fun project to make up!
These Texture Fabrics are sure to be a staple in your stash! With so many colors and such a fun texture- they will help add dimension and interest to any of your quilty or sewing projects!
What are you going to stitch up first?
Happy Sewing Friends! xoxo, Amy
