Cozy fires, pine trees and fresh snowfall bring such a warm, inviting feeling. I wanted to celebrate all things winter with my newest Winter Mini Banner pattern. These applique patterns are so fun to stitch up and I can’t wait to get this pattern into your hands! This pattern is the latest in my mini banner series, including Halloween, Patriotic, Spring and Valentine’s.

I will be teaching how to do the Halloween version of this pattern at Garden of Quilts this fall and would love to have you join me!

Designing patterns is especially fun when you have the perfect fabric to work with. This Warm Winter Wishes fabric by Simple Simon and Company is an absolutely stunning line!

While this line includes traditional reds and greens, it also includes icy blue, gray and taupe- giving a wide range of creative possibilities. And making it the perfect line for not just holiday sewing, but for creating projects that will be perfect for the whole winter season.
